SERVICES
Even though my specialty is Electrical, like installing ceiling fans or replacing light fixtures, I am also available to do other services. Below you will see some of these services, but remember that this list is not all-inclusive. There are many other services that I can provide for you. When in doubt, just ask about the special service that you have in mind, and I will let you know if it is something that I can accomplish for you.
BATHROOMS
I'm handy in Bathrooms. Do you have toilets that won't flush? Do you have a toilet that won't shut off? Whatever the problem, I will find a solution and administer it.
INSPECTIONS
I am a House Sitter that can do weekly Home Inspections for Snow Birds and Vacationers. I will check for termites, flush toilets; remove newspapers, and do other things to keep your home safe. If you have a golf cart or a car in you garage, I will start and drive them once a week. I also check your garden lights and irrigation drip system.
DOORS
I'm handy with Doors. I can install a deadbolt or a new lock set on any door in your home. You can be secure in your home after I have changed your locks.
ELECTRICAL
I fix Electricity. You may need to have a fan installed, or a light fixture replaced. If something isn't working, I'll fix the problem and get things working again. With the help of my team of workers, we can do new electrical work in attics and interior walls. We can also install electrical wiring outside for lighting and electrical outlets.

I'm handy with Flooring. If you need tile grout fixed or replaced, give me a call and I'll take care of it before it gets out of hand. I can also take care of any calking needs.
I'm handy in the Kitchen. If your garbage disposal stops working, give me a call and I will fix or replace it as necessary. I can also install under cabinet lights or replae your overhead lighting fixtures. Somepeople just want a new style of light or want to change to the new low voltage, low cost, low heat LED lights; something that I can do for you.
I'm handy with Painting. And even though I'm not a painting contractor, and won't attempt painting you house exterior, I will gladly paint any of your interior walls. If you're getting tired of the color of the walls in your home, now might be the time for a change. Just let me know, and I will bring my color guide so you can choose a new color.
I wash Windows. My talent is primarily Electricity, but I will gladly wash all our windows. What I do is remove the screens and wash all your windows so you can enjoy a beautiful view.
